Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Federal Republic of Germany during The Traditional Annual Reception in honour of the Diplomatic Corps accredited to Germany, in the guesthouse of the Federal Government in Meseberg Castle near Berlin.
